For years, I worked as a manager in fast food and retail Industry.  My role required me to lead teams, achieve targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. I enjoyed the challenges — building strategies, motivating people, and helping the company grow.

But over time, I realized something was missing. I was helping my organization succeed, but I wanted to do something more personal — something that directly impacted people’s lives. I often saw colleagues and clients struggle financially when unexpected events happened — illnesses, accidents, or sudden income loss. That made me think: What if I could help people be better prepared for those moments?

That thought led me to explore the financial services industry, and eventually, I decided to join Greatway Financial and become an insurance advisor. At first, it was a big shift from managing operations to managing relationships. But my managerial experience turned out to be my biggest strength — I already knew how to communicate effectively, build trust, and guide people toward smart decisions.

Today, as an insurance advisor, I help individuals and families secure their financial future. My goal isn’t just to sell policies — it’s to educate, empower, and protect. Every client interaction is a chance to make a real difference.

Looking back, moving from a manager to a trusted insurance advisor wasn’t just a career change — it was a calling. Now, instead of leading teams to hit business goals, I lead people toward financial security and peace of mind.
